Covid-19 Restrictions and Registration

Due to the current situation, we kindly ask you to read carefully the up-to-date restrictions regarding Covid-19 in the Czech Republic. The conference organisers have also decided to take up a few regulations:

  • Obligatory registration of visitors - we ask all of you who plan to visit the conference to register in advance. You can find the registration form here;
  • Mandatory FFP2 masks in the conference venues;
  • EU Digital COVID Certificate /  Valid Confirmation of Recovering from the Covid-19 checking - every day before the start of the programme, our team will check your Covid-19 Certification. We kindly ask you to cooperate with us so we can make the conference as safe as possible

Attention! Starting Monday, November 22nd 2021, the PCR and antigen tests are no longer valid proof for, for example, entering a restaurant, hotel etc. in the Czech Republic. Only vaccination certification and proof of recovering from the illness (not longer than 180 days from the date when the illness was confirmed by a laboratory) is now a sound proof for the services. This is also the case for entering the school ground. Here, you can find up-to-date information from the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic.

Conference venues

Due to the current situation and the increasing technical requirements due to the live stream of the conference, we decided to move all the presentations to the Theatre on Orlí Street. Originally, part of the programme was supposed to take place in the Theatre Faculty, nevertheless, at this moment please know, that all of the presentations etc. will take place on the 6th floor of the Theatre on Orlí Street. Thank you for understanding.

The conference will be hosted by the Theatre Faculty of Janáček Academy of Performing Arts Brno and the programme will take place at Orlí Street Theatre. This year´s edition of the conference will be also streamed live and you can join in online. Please do register in advance here
