Information for participants of the Theatre Conference JAMU 2021

We would like to inform you – in time before your arrival – about the COVID-19 prevention measures of the Theatre Conference JAMU taking place November 25 - 27, 2021 in Brno, Czech Republic.

In case you show any symptoms of illness (e.g. stuffy nostril, scratchy throat), we ask you, before you leave your home or hotel room to take a test, wear an FFP2 mask and stay at home until you have received your negative test result!

  • Contact data collection
  • Adherence to distance regulations
  • Adherence to cough and sneeze etiquette
  • Adherence to the FFP2 obligation

In the venues of the Janáček Academy of Performing Arts, FFP2 masks are mandatory. Please make sure that you can arrive with a sufficient number of FFP2 masks or get them at e.g. any drugstore or pharmacy upon your arrival in Brno.

We ask you to follow the official COVID-19 prevention measures of the City of Brno and JAMU during our meetings. This means that these regulations will be applied: vaccinated or recovered. Your official proof will be checked at the entrance daily before entering the Academy and you will have to register.

Attention! Starting Monday, November 22nd 2021, the PCR and antigen tests are no longer valid proof for, for example, entering a restaurant, hotel etc. in the Czech Republic. Only vaccination certification and proof of recovering from the illness (not longer than 180 days from the date when the illness was confirmed by a laboratory) is now a sound proof for the services. This is also the case for entering the school ground. Here, you can find up-to-date information from the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic.
